Timeturned Messenger (Korean: 시간의 메신저, siganui mesinjeo) is a Super Epic Costume for Souffle Cookie. It is her first costume, released in the first part of the Special Timeline Delivery update. It can be obtained either by drawing it from the Costume Gacha or by purchasing it in the Rainbow Crystal Shop.
She is depicted here as a herald for every timeline in the multiverse, announcing news for other TBDs from different realms.

To feel any sort of normalcy is to keep moving. Souffle Cookie brings herself to higher up in her ranks as a delivery worker and turns into the Time Balance Department's herald, warning of the danger into the past, alerting everyone into the future. What could be the reason for that somber smile accompanying her scar?
