It can be obtained either by drawing it from the Costume Gacha or by purchasing it in the Rainbow Crystal Shop.

This is a AU costume, where Caramel Buttercrunch Cookie was a A.I of the V-roid program, in this AU she was a program assistant who tends to fixing errors and help the cookies/people using V-roid program

In a generation of internet, where many programs are all in their worst era, the VR company has created a ultimate program called 'V-roid', and when the program was done, the helpful assistant was created! with her geinus programmed-brain, she solves all the programs problem with just 2 seconds! but it seems the compay itself were forgetting something to adding in this fellow assistant...
